1. Understanding Gun, Gang and Knife Culture ( Full Day Workshop ) Do you work with children and young people aged 10 to 18. This is an opportunity for practitioners and professionals to engage in a training workshop designed to

2. Groupwork and Young People ( Full Day Workshop ) This is an opportunity for practitioners and professionals to engage in a training workshop designed to - Explore the history of groupwork practice
- To identify the benefits of groupwork
- To identify effective ways to engage with young people in groups
- Identify effective ways to handle group conflict
- Develop knowledge of groupwork theory
- Develop skills in delivering groups
- Develop skills in planning and preparation for groupwork delivery
- Identify startegies to evaluate groups
